- Lamb Breast is from the belly of the lamb and is a very economical cut. Lamb Breast is fairly fatty but very flavoursome and works best when cooked slowly so that much of the fat can melt off and be discarded from the roasting tin. Cooked this way you are left with meltingly tender meat and a really crispy skin which has lots of flavour.
- Boasting rich flavours and lean character, Lamb Leg Steaks are a great alternative to lamb steaks cut from the loin, and are perfect for making nutritious and wholesome mid week meals. These classic steaks lend themselves to frying or griddling on a high heat, with the impressive sweet taste reflecting the quality of the lush pastures where our flocks mature on diets of wild flowers, herbs, and natural grasses.
- Mince is a fantastically versatile ingredient, minced beef recipes include lasagne, meatloaf, bolognese and a whole host of other family favourites or simply simmered in a pan packed full with winter vegetables. Searing or browning the outer, lean surface of meat, usually at a fairly high temperature beforehand, develops flavour and colour through caramelisation. It is an important step in several cooking methods to produce a tasty meal.
- Hand made with care by our butchers, our Pork and Garlic Sausages are made with tasty, succulent lean Welsh Pork, seasoned with garlic. All of our sausages are made using natural casings. Ideal for quick and tasty meals anytime, they can be fried, grilled or cooked in the oven.

- Our Pork Chops are hand-cut by our butchers from the pork loin. A natural layer of lovely dense fat ensures a mouth watering succulent chop, with a traditional distinctly British taste. Pork Chops without this fat, is simply too dry in our opinion. Cut from the loin end as opposed to the shoulder end, make these a lovely chop perfect for grilling up a great family meal any time of the week. They can also be a great alternative to a bbq, just be careful not to burn them if the coals are too hot.
