
3 Cucumbers finely grated and squeezed very well of liquid through a fine sieve/strainer
2 Cups plain Greek yogurt (at least 2%, or full-fat)
4 Medium garlic cloves, pressed through garlic press
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black pepper
½ tsp Lemon zest
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Chopped dill
1 tsp Chopped mint leaves

Add the well-squeezed out grated cucumber to a bowl, along with the rest of the ingredients, and fold together until well-blended; use immediately, or, keep covered and in the fridge until ready to use. (Sauce is good for a few days.)
