The quality of our free range breed pork belly makes for delicious and perfect for a slow roasting, providing neat portions of roasted pork. Try roasting on a trivet of onion, carrot, and celeriac to give the belly standout aroma and serving with boiled potatoes and brussels sprouts.
Boneless Shoulder of Pork has a good balance of internal and external fat which self bastes the joint as it slowly cooks, preventing it from drying out. A big joint can even be cooked overnight in a really low oven, producing supremely tender, almost 'spoonable' pork.
