Capon Chicken
Our Capon Chickens are all locally reared on select Farms in Pembrokeshire. Larger than a Chicken but a bit smaller than a Turkey, and more flavourful than either, capons are full breasted with tender, juicy, flavourful meat that is well suited to roasting.
Honey Roast Ham
Our baked Honey Roast Ham is freshly cooked to order by our Master Butchers here in Prendergast. Our Ham comes from 3 hand picked Welsh Farms, ensuring only the finest pork is used. Smothered in a sweet honey glaze. The ham is baked until the meat is perfectly tender and the glaze turns sticky and delicious!

A superb blue cheese, golden in colour, with a creamy, gently salty taste that grows stronger with maturity.
Colston Bassett Blue Stilton
Produced in Nottingham and regarded as one of the best Stilton’s in the country. It uses traditional rennet in the cheese making process. Hand-ladling the curd produces a Stilton which is mellow and deliciously creamy with lovely rich deep savoury flavours.

Christmas Dinner is not complete without all the trimmings. At Prendergast Butchers we have carefully selected only the finest quality produce and turned it into the most moreish trimmings to make your Christmas Dinner just that extra bit special.
Pigs in Blankets
Our Pigs in Blankets are all hand made within the shop at Prendergast, using only the finest ingredients. Our Master Butchers hand roll each individual ‘pig’ using our Pork Sausages which are made from succulent lean Welsh Pork, free-range shoulders of pork and other prime cuts and then ‘wrapped’ in our dry cured streaky bacon.
